Information We Collect

When you fill out our contact form, the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your plumbing issue — are collected through LeadConnector, the service that powers our form. When you call us, we receive your phone number and any information you share so we can schedule and complete your service. Our site also uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies to help us understand general site activity, like which pages are visited and whether visitors tap our phone number.

How We Use Information

We use your information for one purpose: running our plumbing and septic business. That means responding to your request, scheduling service, preparing quotes, invoicing completed work, and occasionally following up about a job we did for you. We don't use your information for anything unrelated to the service you asked about.
